Our broad spectrum of services captures full technical renovation/new build stages of designs starting from assisting with planning permissions and detailed technical drawings to hard and soft finish selections and decorative design.

CUSTOM JOINERY DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT

Specializing in custom joinery for the entire home we work closely with clients when designing bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and other storage to maximize the function whilst maintaining a beautiful form. The product can also be made by our vetted carpentry partners within a set budget.

FEES

Our fees vary depending on the size of the project and the level of detail you would like help with. The fee is determined following a meeting and filling a “task questionnaire”.

Our FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) team are confident in creating inspiring and individual interiors.

They capture not only the personality of each client, but the character of the architectural setting and bring them together beautifully.

The selections and budgets are clearly presented to the client for input and confirmation.

Whilst working in the field we have established strong relationships with industry suppliers and construction teams. We offer consultations that are designed to help developers define the message and design scheme for the residential modernisation or upcoming development project.

We create detailed budget breakdowns and targeted design schedules for the potential clientele. The design brief is applicable to the reflective show-homes whilst creating an impactful visual message.
